Your satisfaction with our products is our most important concern. Purchase and delivery terms

Holocenefromwastberg.com applies both the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To place an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years, or have the consent of a parent. Customer refers to a natural person.

Delivery time

The normal delivery time is 3–7 working days from the day the order was placed. If a product is temporarily out of stock or in production, the delivery time can be longer. You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay than provided occurs. Please contact our Customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers.


We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact Wästberg's Customer Service.

Payment options

All paymnets in our webshop is handled by our payment partner DIBS or Klarna to guarantee secure payments.

Delivery charges

Shipping cost is applied in regard to the specific shipment destination, hence the shipping cost can vary. Goods are shipped from Sweden. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Wästberg ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


Wästberg accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport. Make sure you pack your products carefully to avoid damage during transport.

Force majeure

Events beyond the control of Wästberg, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure, which means that Wästberg is exempted from its obligations to fulfil entered agreements.

Return policy

When purchasing in our webshop you, the customer, have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product. The return notification shall be done to shop@wastberg.com. The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. If oil has been filled in an oil lamp or a candle has been used in a candle holder, your return is not eligible for a refund.

Once the return is granted you will receive a Return order number that must be marked on the Return document, included with your order. If we do not find the return number, your refund may be delayed. State the cause of the return, if you want to exchange the product or if you wish to get the money back. A return freight fee of EUR 15/ SEK 150 will apply to the return, which will be deducted from your refund.

It takes up to 14 days for a returned product to be fully processed and refunded.

Uppicked up items

Items not collected and returned to Wästberg will be subject to a fee of EUR 15/ SEK 150, which will be deducted from your refund.


Warranty is according to consumer laws in the country where the product has been purchased. In Sweden the warranty is 2 years. Please note the warranty does not cover the normal wear and aging of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the product and non observance of the directions provided by Wästberg. Please save the printed order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty.

When you place your order, you provide us with some of your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement with you. Governing law and jurisdiction

Contracts between consumers and Wästberg shall be governed by Swedish Law. Wästberg follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority. All above conditions apply solely to goods purchased by individual consumers. Please contact Wästberg for all B2B inquiries.
